Bill gives Joe Kelly a great haircut n we love to see him. He's a real nice guy
Bill is the owner. Old style barbershop walk-in. Haircut is priced at $16 and I usually give him a $20. Bill is a soft spoken southern gentleman with many years of experience. His shop is clean and professional. I highly recommend this place for a haircut.
