Not the best place the neighbors are absolutely horrible.
Really enjoyed living here so I can’t give it too low of a review however I’m not giving it a good one either because when I moved out after a couple years of living there they charged me 10k in damages . Extremely disappointed because I didn’t trash the apartment and the carpet / flooring was in sub par condition when I moved in . Now I have to battle with that. Really upsetting because I loved my place .
The management staff is wonderful here. They are always helpful and they respond quickly the few times I needed to put in a work order. Rent is not to high and water and trash is included, which is wonderful.
Great place for me and my son. Several other families here as well. Office staff are always kind and quick to get things fixed. Maintenance is great. Been here for 4.5 years and I truly do enjoy it. Spotsville school district too
I have lived at Pebblecreek for going on 11 years, never had any issues that wasn't resolved quickly and efficiently. Great neighborhood to live in, close to all things in town. Great price and spacious. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.
