Scheduled a tour at 1:00 pm. Arrived and the office staff put a sign they'll be gone until 2. No call. No heads up. No notice. Waste of my time and drive. I call and leave a voicemail to reschedule their screw up - and no call back. Forget this place. They clearly don't need the business.
I seen a review a few reviews down, and although I would never invalidate someone’s feelings, I had the opposite experience! I am in the process of applying, and they have been so supportive, and patient with me! I have called numerous times, and my response from them is always graceful! I am sure that it’s frustrating on their end too! John has been the one helping the with applying, and talking me through it. Worst place to live ever never felt welcomed maintenance took forever we were never given a key to the pool or laundry room super unprofessional in front office first move in had ant and roach infestation day 1 didnt do anything we had to figure it out ourselves also a certain reason thats personal but i will be taking to court they do not respect your rights at all
Me and my babies have been living here 2 years and we love it! John is always helpful and anything you need he will help with! The community is nice and neighbors aren't to bad. Close shopping centers from all directions and on the bus line is a bonus!
