Do not come live here! The office people are not punctual and care very little about the people living in the residential area. Their lunch ended at 1:40. It’s 2pm now
The apartments are cute and cozy but don’t move here, first of all infested with roaches like everywhere!!!! they haven’t done anything about it and I’ve been asking for weeks now, management needs to step up their game , it’s super unsafe here cause there is always police ! To the point where I’m not even surprised anymore. Neighbors are loud and one of them damaged my car. Oh and cherry on top TERMITES
Laundry rooms don’t work properly ! Property poorly maintained management allows anyone with a pulse to move in police are actively at the complex and parking is a joke !!!
Do not rent from here. The office staff is never willing to try and work with you. Sometimes there are extenuating circumstances and they make it impossible to get it corrected. The hours posted are never accurate and there is no communication or signs posted on when they will or won't be available.
