This place is run by the biggest bunch of morons. When I moved out I had set an appointment. No one showed up to do the walk through and I had to initiate it. The walk through was with a maintenance worker who barely spoke any English so it was difficult to communicate. No idea where I stood with the move out. They took my deposit and charged me an additional $160 bucks. I had left them my new address but they sent the invoice to my parents house (I haven't lived there in 30 some years) a few months later. pebblebrook village apts I have never loved an apartment complex more!! The entire year I've spent here was awesome!! Office and maintenance staff are very friendly and professional!! Any time that I had a maintenance issue, they were there very quickly!! The apartment are very nice and the garden tub is the BEST!!
Great Apartments We love Pebble Brook apartments, the customer service is great, great location with school right across from apartment, fireplace in our apartment been a plus and we love residents application weeks!
Great place to live ! I have only lived here about 1-1/2 years and hopefully I will never have to move. I sold my home in Carmel after 39 years and I love living here as much as I did my home. The grounds are well kept and there is minimal noise, and it is convenient to everything. All of the associates, office and maintenance, are exceptional. I have never called for a repair that I did not get either an immediate response or one within one day. Everyone I have shared this with is quite impressed.
Quiet, convenient with lovely units. Even though we only needed the apartment for a few months due to a new build, I would certainly recommend this lovely place. It is a nice quiet place and the people we have met are very friendly. I really love our apartment and with the super cold, the fireplace is a wonderful feature that I had not idea I would enjoy so much. Pebble brook Pebble Brook APARTMENTS are great if you're looking for a quiet and clean place to call home. The staff is professional and friendly. The apartments are well kept and comfortable. You'll have nothing to complain about living here.
Great apartment for a low price Pebble Brook Village is a really great value for the area! My floorplan is spacious and makes great use of the square footage. It is a very quiet and tranquil community. The office staff and maintenance crew are always friendly. This is a great place and I see myself staying here for a quite a while!
Tracie Kraft, new manager at Pebblebrook (a JC Hart property) did not honor a previous agreement from the former manager; an agreement that had been in effect through several lease signings. Ms. Kraft was heartless, cruel and uncaring. She refused to honor the agreement and said that the tenant was in violation of their lease, totally and unforgivably disregarding the verbal agreement. Nice, Clean Apartments I've lived at PBV for a year now. The apartments are fairly updated, both interior and exterior. The large windows are by far the best feature of this quiet apartment complex. I've thoroughly enjoyed living in a nice little community!
