The maintenance man Remale Carpio came to with my fridge , fast, quick & extremely helpful! Very nice!
Definitely would not recommend… we’ve lived here for 3 plus years never have been late on rent or anything but it takes them months to come and fix things and then up your rent talking about renovation fees and whatever else when really nothing in our apartment has been touch in years . Let alone we have one washer and dryer for about 30 plus people and we’ve put in maintenance request for them to be fixed because I’m spending almost 60-70 dollars a week to do laundry when really why when we have a washer and dryer ? Ram was very prompt and adequate in the way he fixed my outlet. He made it quick and easy and encouraged me to call maintenance in the future
Remle Carpio came to the rescue when our electric stove gave out. I was scared because it sparked and stayed on. He was very detailed and walked me thru the whole process and giving me assurance it’s all okay. He was getting so many calls, yet made it a priority to come fix our stove. One of the best workers I’ve dealt with so far. Thank you.
