They arrived on time and worked with my schedule.
The crew was extremely professional and very helpful. My carpets look like they are brand new. I was very impressed.
A friend gave me a nice wool rug that she had used for several years. It was under her dining room table and she had a dog, so you can imagine - it was fairly dirty, and covered in dog hair. I dropped the rug off on a Monday and got it back on Wednesday. They were quick, nice & did a great job. The dog hair is essentially gone. They said they were literally picking hairs out with their hands after they'd cleaned it, just to be sure that they had gotten them all. He does great work and always leaves us satisfied. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family.
Eric Pena and his crew did a fantastic job of cleaning all the carpets and all the stone floors in the home we just purchased. The job was done with new equipment, was completed in good time, and looks great. We would recommend this business without reservations.
