Took my broken Rolex to this shop for a repair, and I am beyond satisfied. The staff was extremely professional and assessed the damage accurately. They replaced the battery and serviced the movement flawlessly. The repair was completed promptly, and the cost was far better than I expected. Worth every penny!

What I love about Pearson's Jewelers is that they are able to give the service and selection of a "big town" jewelry store but maintain the "small town" feel every timeI go in there. They make me feel like family and not just a customer. They are so good at keeping records of what I have bought or received and things that I would love to have. They provide a great selection and wide price range so no matter what the occasion, there is something that is just right.

THE LADY WORKING BEHIND HER DESK IS UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE LACKS CUSOMER SERVICE OR MAYBE IT WAS BECAUSE WE WERE MEXICAN? OTHER THEN THAT, THE GENTLEMAN WORKING BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS VERY HELPFUL N BECAUSE OF HIS SERVICE WE CAME BACK IN AND GAVE HIM OUR BUSINESS.

We just love Pearson's Jewelers. Always a good selection of fine jewelry and it's a great place to shop for those last minute gifts as she always has just the right thing.... and super nice people to help you.

my Girlfreind and i both are extremely dissapointed and insulted by the terrible service and even worse attitude given by the owners. specifically the wife. they will never ever get our buisiness again and i hope others will not make the same mistake we did by going there.
