Took my broken Rolex to this shop for a repair, and I am beyond satisfied. The staff was extremely professional and assessed the damage accurately. They replaced the battery and serviced the movement flawlessly. The repair was completed promptly, and the cost was far better than I expected. Worth every penny!

THE OLDER WOMAN WHO IS PRESUMABLY THE OWNER IS RUDE, CONDESCENDING AND SHADY, WHO TOTALLY LACKS PEOPLE SKILLS. I FEEL TOTALLY RIPPED OFF BY THEIR SUBPAR REPAIR / MODIFICATION TO MY VERY EXPENSIVE RING, AND HER ATTEMPTS TO UPSELL ME FOR $250 MORE TO FIX THEIR INADEQUATE WORK, WHILE TELLING ME "THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THEIR WORK" WHICH SHE CONVENIENTLY CLAIMED "AFTER THE FACT & AFTER BEING PAID"!
