I went there to get a bouquet for my civil wedding and I was told that they could not lose time after me if I only want to spend $30. Noting that there were 4 employees and the shop was empty. I would have left without buying anything but I was in a rush. I will avoid going there next time.
Lovely customer service by Abby, I had a lot of questions and she answered patiently and professionally. I bought 2 things but had my stroller with me and no free hands so the owner(?) suggested they help take it to my car! Team going over and beyond! Thank you to the team and for the beautiful flowers and service.
Delivery driver driving like a maniac this morning tailgating us swerving in and out of traffic. Nearly caused an accident. We had children in the car and he was tailgating us abusing Larger man. 11.12.24 through Rockdale. Dash cam footage available
My first visit to Pearsons was wonderful, the florist could not be more helpful - I would give her 5 stars. The second visit I left empty handed… it was 915am and I asked for flowers fresh from the market that day. The guy said he couldn’t open the box to check what he had for another half hour. Having been told I could come at 830 this was super disappointing. I felt like he was hoping I would take the flowers left over from the weekend (which would have been delivered Friday).
