Don’t go there my 75 year old mom bought two tires for her Ford pickup and they mounted the tires on her truck with an air ratchet. My brother went to change the front brakes and all five of the lug nuts broke off on the passenger side. We went in to tell them and have them replace the lug nuts and the owner said he remembered the truck but did not remember putting the tires on and that the air ratchet was torqued so it couldn’t have tightened the lug nuts that bad. Pearsons Auto service are crooks. I brought in my truck for a diagnostic test of the engine and drive train. they told me my engine compression was low and below specs. I went to another mechanic and tested the engine compression and the engine was good! They were telling me that the engine needed to come out! They also lied to me about some other things they said was wrong with my engine. They were trying to get an engine job out of me on a perfectly good engine! Recommendedso far ive been there a few times. nice people work there, & prices are ok.
The worst place in town. The women working up front are pathetic. Not professional at all. Absolutely do not take your car to this place.
Bryan, Samantha, Kris, Jane, and Bob are among the most professional most courteous people I have ever met and have had the pleasure working with. They are an amazing team and care about their customers and their vehicle services. Highly recommended!
