I had an exam today and I have Albinism. The Procter kicked me out of the exam because she wanted to force me to move backwards from the computer screen. I explained to her my circumstances and provided alternatives such as putting the camera on other positions. She refused all alternatives and then kicked out of the exam. This is discrimination.
I wish I could give them negative starts. Pearson Vue's website is plagued by frequent maintenance downtime, making it impossible to schedule exams or access services when needed. Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. The software and technology used are outdated and low-quality, with no support for Chrome OS users. To make matters worse, their management prioritizes new payments over existing customers, resulting in lost money and frustration. Not sure whether Mindhub is a legitimate company or not. Customer service is non existent.
