Worst customer service I cannot even schedule my test for NCLEX with disability been on hold on the phone for more than 1 hour. Even the chatbot can't fix my problem.
Forces disabled test takers to go through extra steps to take tests after being approved for accommodations, and then doesn't actually allow them to take a test. Zero customer support.
Dont even bother scheduling your exam online via onvue! The camera will be nearly up your nose and the proctors will engage in discrimination and false dishonest accusations upon the duration of the exam! Regardless of the fact that your eyes are on the screen, during the last 20 minutes of your exam, and when you reach out to customer complaints they will gaslight you and do nothing about it, because the proctors and the customer service reps are of the same ethnicity!!!
