I’m shocked this place doesn’t have some kind of class action lawsuit. I booked my exam months in advance, and to be safe, I checked three days before to make sure my appointment was still valid. When I went to the website, it was gone. I had to schedule it on the day but earlier now. They never sent me any kind of email that they moved my appointment or canceled it. I get they prefer late appointments so they can go into work later, but not sending me any kind of correspondence is insane. A lot of professionals come here to... read more

I just took an exam at the test site, and the staff were very kind and professional. It was a good experience.

My experience with Pearson VUE has been extremely frustrating. I paid $374 for GED+ (Order #6071569), and not only did I never receive access to the service or an assigned advisor, but I still have not received the refund they claim to have issued. I have also submitted a claim with the Better Business Bureau, and will continue to escalate this issue with additional consumer protection channels. Pearson VUE told me they processed a refund under reference number 74510735321100955538532, but this is not true in my experience, ... read more
