Got an alert today someone had stolen my name and address and gone to a Pearson Vue facility for testing. Proper vetting of the applicants ID was not carried out and I would be weary of Pearson Vue having my information
Worst Customer Service Experience. I have called them many times they are intentionally redirecting the call or ending the call instead of addressing the Issue.
Worst customer service I cannot even schedule my test for NCLEX with disability been on hold on the phone for more than 1 hour. Even the chatbot can't fix my problem.
Forces disabled test takers to go through extra steps to take tests after being approved for accommodations, and then doesn't actually allow them to take a test. Zero customer support.
