Forces disabled test takers to go through extra steps to take tests after being approved for accommodations, and then doesn't actually allow them to take a test. Zero customer support.
Dont even bother scheduling your exam online via onvue! The camera will be nearly up your nose and the proctors will engage in discrimination and false dishonest accusations upon the duration of the exam! Regardless of the fact that your eyes are on the screen, during the last 20 minutes of your exam, and when you reach out to customer complaints they will gaslight you and do nothing about it, because the proctors and the customer service reps are of the same ethnicity!!! I’m shocked this place doesn’t have some kind of class action lawsuit. I booked my exam months in advance, and to be safe, I checked three days before to make sure my appointment was still valid. When I went to the website, it was gone. I had to schedule it on the day but earlier now. They never sent me any kind of email that they moved my appointment or canceled it. I get they prefer late appointments so they can go into work later, but not sending me any kind of correspondence is insane. A lot of professionals come here to... read more
