Outstanding customer service. Jim was responsive, extremely helpful, and provided excellent technical expertise. Highly recommend if anyone is looker for a washer/dryer installation.
I called Pearson and Sons for help with my dryer. I tolled them about my issues and was replied back with, "It’s 6:00 in the morning." And then they proceed to end the call. Don’t use this company
I scheduled an appointment with them and they never showed up.
