Rushing people to sign doubtful rental contracts with multiple addendums. They took 4 days to get back with contract but when we ask questions about the contract, they denied our application 1 day later. Very deceitful.
This group will lie to you and completely rip you off. I have an infant and Jennifer Riddle has put us in an awful and dangerous situation. They don‘t care at all though and will most likely continue getting away with these monstrous acts. Steer clear of this agent like your life depends on it.
