My job was not very large - some shingles were blown down from a steep, high roof. I called roofers who said it was a small job and ghosted me after taking a look at it, promising a quote and vanishing. I called roofers who tried to upsell me on larger jobs unrelated to the shingles. Pearson was perhaps the seventh place I called. They had it done the same week I called them.
