They have been managing my daughter's property for a number of years. In the beginning, they were great; but about 2 years ago the original person assigned to the property left the company and Terry, who replaced him, has gotten progressively worse. No reports, no details or receipts for high repair charges. Property revenue has dropped by more than 50% despite both units being fully occupied.
