Absolutely unethical and predatory company. If you are dealing with this company you will will be very deceived. They completed a handshake deal with a lease sent over. Once we had made arrangements to move our business, come to find out Brenden had never gotten the lease approved through the management company and had sent out multiple leases to multiple different companies.Unethical company, unethical behaviors. Very predatory in their terms of their leases and will leave you in a major bind.
