Extremely Disappointed- I drove my brand new 2025 Tahoe an hour away to the dealership I bought it from for its first oil change — trusting they'd take care of it properly. They had my vehicle in the shop for 12 minutes and then pulled it out saying it was done. I stopped by one morning, on my way into work. I parked near the side of the front of the building. I was looking at a few trucks, which I really love, but due to travel distance every day I need practical gas mileage. So I looked at 2 of the SUV's, but wasn't fond of either.
