Bought used car and had to wait 3 days for delivery over scheduling a state inspection and token detail. Sales manager (I'm being generous), misrepresented salesman's word, argumentative, and an overall jerk! Told me I didn't have to buy from them and I will take his advise. Never again! Insult to injury, they promised full gas fill-up and provided half tank. Took it back to get promised gas Pearson Promise???

I recently was in the market for a Mazda6, I stopped by to check out their inventory and experience zero customer service interaction. My fiancé and I roamed the lot searching for a sales rep and no one came out to greet us or even asked if we needed help. So i took my business elsewhere. After purchasing my Mazda 6 i found out it had a recall and to my surprise it was only two Mazda dealerships in my area with Pearson being one of them and had open availability to fit my schedule. I am very upset with Pearson Mazda in Richmond, VA. I purchased this vehicle and as soon as i said i would get the warranty there were suddenly 2 weeks of repairs to perform before i could take it home. While i appreciate them fixing the issuesn i feel like they were prepared to sell me a known clunker. They claimed to have not had time to fully evaluate the vehicle between thier recipt of it and my purchase. If is is true then it shouldn't have been listed for sale.

I was not impressed with them at all this week. I was surprised with that too, since I never had a problem with them before. I made an appointment in advance to get my state inspection done by them. When I inquired on how long it will take, the man told me 2 hrs. When I asked him why so long since I had an appointment, he replied back "so did the people in front of me". Customer service told me to relax when I called 30 mins after being told I’d be called right back. Service manager lied to me the previous day saying that my vehicle had been test driven after an axle replacement and a suspension repair. The car had clearly not been test driven as both I and the mechanic who took my vehicle back in to the shop immediately heard the wheel bearing squeaking within 5 feet of driving it. My experience was actually with the Facebook promotion. I saw how they were advertising this huge event where no money down was needed, credit is no problem, they’ll take your car no matter how much you owed on it, and that they had a lot of incentives. All of these things listed in all caps. There was also no payments for 90 days. I posted under their post and asked was the 90 days interest free and almost IMMEDIATELY someone inboxed me.
