Mark and Jose are awesome. Mark always worked with me when it came to rent payments. Jose kept the property well maintained. What scored them low is the drastic rent increase that I was never warned about. In Ga. you are required by law to give 60 days notice when raising rent. We never had a chance to decide if we wanted to pay that. The property is so-so. I did history on it and it had caught fire. So we are basically in the basement. It was rebuilt.
I reached out to this company because I needed documentation regarding a legal matter.I left a message and was subsequently called back by a woman named Sue. Dealing with her was unpleasant, to say the least. She had an unprofessional demeanor for most of the conversation and when I finally retaliated with my own remark,which I felt was justified, after having her cut me off and demean any questions I would ask her that she seemed to feel were beneath her, she then hung up on me. Totally ridiculous and uncalled for. Smh
