wonderful trip to pearson kia. Very professional and a 19.99 oil change with a complete visual inspection! awesome
Their customer waiting area is very poorly designed. It's placed directly in front of a huge plate glass window that faces south, so as to ensure maximum exposure to the sun. Even though I made a suggestion to management over a year ago, they have not mounted anything like curtains or blinds to shade customers from the sun (the window is slightly tinted, but it has little effect. With my back to the sun, I can't see the screen of my laptop. If I turn around to put the screen in shade, then I'm squinting into the direct sun).... read more
