Very Disappointed in Pearson Hyundai’s Warranty Service I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Pearson Hyundai in Midlothian, VA. I baught a sante fe here back in 2021 and had a good experience. But I just baught a 2027 Sante fe calligraphy yesterday from here and had an awsome experience! Chris Daniels took great care of us. He wasnt pushy and showed us exactly what we wanted to see! Used to be an all day even to buy a car but id say total time was maybe 2 hours from the time I walked in till I walked out (atleast 45minutes was a test drive with the wife. No games. Took our car to Pearson for a second opinion on the engine. They did end up fixing it but had my car for at least 4+ weeks. They also broke something off while fixing it and had to keep it longer to fix their error. The person we dealt with was not very helpful at any time, was extremely hard to get in touch with them....even leaving many messages for the general manager.
