Although my experience with my car the past year has been less than positive, I have to give Krystal in service so much appreciation. She has helped argue with my warranty to the best of her ability and kept me updated along the way. She is the shining light in what has been an otherwise dark experience. Krystal gets 6/6 stars from me. Hyundai as a manufacturer is where it lost points.
