I bought a 2023 Certified Pre-owned Hyundai Palisade and drove off the lot with 26,000 mi on the vehicle. 4 months later when I went to have the vehicle serviced at a different Hyundai dealership I was told I needed three new tires and an alignment. I reached out to the dealership with my concerns and gave them ample time to make it right. Needless to say I haven't heard a word from them.
Was able to get a car, with no hangup, great customer service. The process was quick and easy even with many purchases being made around the same time, quickest paper work process I ever delt with personally! I recommend Pearson hyundai for new or used and I recommend talking to Mike Speace in sales
