Rupesh was terrible. Sat down with his laptop and started trying to push a credit app through before he even showed me the car. When I asked about the car, he said he couldn't show it because his "green team wasn't there". Then tried to get me to sign something before we discussed price, fees, anything. When asked to explain the document he wanted me to sign, he got frustrated and snatched the paper and walked away. It was a cash sale for a used vehicle. Five Stars! My son and I chose Pearson Honda because we needed to be able to trust that we could find a good deal from a trustworthy company. Our intuition was right. Everyone there was amazing and had our best interest at heart. They worked very hard to find cars that fit our needs, at a price that we could afford. Our salesman, Glenn, really went out of his way to help us! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience due to his incredible knowledge of the cars, his excellent service and his amazing attitude!
