Terry has built two homes for us and I certainly would consider him if we build another. He has an excellent rapport with his usual subcontractors, who seemed to be concerned with doing things the way you’d like and trying to meet your timetable. I found Terry to be honest in our dealings and transparent with all costs. We had no problem reaching him to discuss our concerns before, during or after the home was built. Terry is also capable of preparing his own blueprints, steaming planning and design changes.

We purchased a new home built by Pearson Home Builders about 3 months ago, and we couldn't be more pleased with their work. We were attracted to the high end materials and the the detailed quality craftsmanship. Although we didn't go through the entire home building process with them, and rather just purchased a home they put on the market, working with Pearsons has been fantastic. Terry was a great contractor to work with while building our new home. He was able to custom build our home to what we wanted and still stay within our budget. He was always up front about the costs and his home estimate was very close to the price we paid when the house was finished. We were very happy with Terry as our contractor. He was always nice, easy to talk to, and worked hard to meet our requests.
