I had a positive experience with this heating and air conditioning service. The technician arrived on time, assessed the problem with my furnace, and clearly explained the repair process. It was affordable and I satisfied with the service provided.
The air conditioner was off on a hot summer night, but they were able to get someone to go there and fix it very quickly. They are very friendly and professional
My technician who came to do the annual furnace maintenance today provided an outstanding service. He graciously inquired about any questions I might have on winter heating needs and offered great advice. Chris has done furnace and air conditioning unit maintenance at my home on a few occasions in the past and every time I’ve been much impressed by his genuine desire to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Our A/C went out and the guys at Pearson Heating & Cooling were quick at responding when we called. They were on time and had our system up and running again in no time. Pricing was also very reasonable for the service we received. We won't hesitate to contact Pearson in the future if we have any other HVAC needs.
