It doesn't matter if it is a Friday night when my furnace went out or early morning when my AC went out. They are able to fix it promptly and efficiently. Pearson Heating & Cooling Co. was a pleasure to deal with. Our geothermal system had a sensor go bad, which left us without heat. They responded quickly and identified the issue. A part needed to be ordered and they were back the next day to get us running again. Our technician was very professional and knowledgeable.

Tech was highly professional, courteous and informative. Even though we're bummed we'll need to replace our AC unit, he was able to provide a stopgap repair on our current 25 year old system to help us get through this current heat. We will definitely continue to use Pearson Heating & Cooling!
