Pearson Heating & Cooling were very responsive and reasonable when it came to price. After the install, we had an issue with the thermostat and the technician had no issue coming out the next day and diagnosing the problem. I was able to contact him direct via text and set up a come back time and date. Will definitely be using Pearson Heating & Cooling in the future.
