After seeing Dr. Black for well over a decade before he started his private practice, I have spent each year going to him. Everyone was very kind up until this past year. His recent staff assistants are ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. I will begin with the myriad of problems. #1: Scheduling: I attempted multiple times to get on the schedule after they sent me what must be close to 20 text messages to schedule my annual appt. #2: When I finally got in and scheduled, I showed up 5 minutes late due to an accident. I had a fantastic experience at Pearson EyeCare Group at 16th St. and Bethany. I wrote the date down wrong and was supposed to be in the day before. 🫤 they managed to see me and was in and out in 20 minutes. Everyone working there was professional and friendly. Thank you, Pearson!
