I was able to get in for an appointment same day on short notice, which I really appreciated. I literally called and told them I was just a few minutes away, and they said that was fine. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and helpful. The gentleman who did my exam was super friendly, the woman who helped me pick out frames was kind and patient, and the doctor himself was excellent as well. Overall, a great experience from start to finish!
Excellent welcoming service. I appreciate the time Paulina took to help me choose my frames. Doctor was great he made sure I felt comfortable with my prescription and even went above to compare my past prescription from another location. He cared enough to show me the difference and asked what was most comfortable for me. Building was beautiful. Very Friendly workers
