Very friendly and helpful staff. Came from out of state on a vacation and decided to get my eyes checked as I had a concern on my road trip and they were fast and helped me also get a referral for specialization and got me in asap. If I lived in town, this would be my permanent office!

Each time I’ve been to Pierson everyone has been knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and prompt. I can’t say enough good things about the people or the practice, excellent through and through.

Reception was friendly and it was very easy to check in. James, the technician, was friendly, kind and professional; took time to listen and explain the process. The doc seemed knowledgeable and explained their findings clearly. Update: had a problem with my glasses. Pearson's brought me in, double checked my Rx and rechecked several tests then sent glasses back for a reset at no charge.
