My husqvarna trimmer was acting up so I called Pearson to see about maintenance and the gentleman I spoke with and dealt with in the store was very professional. They repaired and replaced parts quickly and had everything running just as good as new. If I have any other issues on any of my other husqvarna equipment I know where to go for professional service.

in the past they were very professional, was a repeat customer. I recently returned a masonry saw, and because of the trouble i had, were they willing to help. the counter manager said he wasn't able to do anything, so i politely asked to talk to someone that was capable. when the owner Bruce came out of his office, he said,"You the guy?"and proceeded to imply that some people will over tightened a belt on a masonry saw and rudely told me he wont do anything more than a refund. i had a guy who has been using masonry saws for... read more

I've been renting equipment from Pearson for years and it's always a pleasure. The staff is professional and The owner and management understand every tool/ equipment that they rent or sale. Many times they have given me great advice on easier, faster, and more cost effective ways to completing the projects that I have. I would recommend this company to anyone.
