Just dawned on me after receiving text about new 2026 prices & have been thinking about acupuncture for tinnitus for awhile & never new they did that. So.....thank u for the recent text . Went there in 2024 for car accident neck injury . Cant remember names . They were great . They handeled it & billing with the involved until the case was closed. May do the acupuncture in dreaded Federal Way because i mistakingly moved her a year ago lol & its closer .
Dr Gavin Graham is the best. I have been his patient for 10 years. I travel kind of far for my adjustments and it is worth it!
I went here for acupuncture. I go to lay on the bed and there’s a needle sitting up right on the pillow. I was treated like I was the sensitive one when they can’t be professional enough to clean up their room. Very disappointed in the lack of care or empathy from staff. The acupuncturist had a very short fuse and was not informative at all. I asked to know what she was doing and she went silent and just started poking. I’m scared of needles and I told her.
