The receptionist is cold. Transferred me twice to a voicemail to handle my issue and I never received a call back in 1 and a half months when we previously were seen and had a good experience. Now my third time calling I asked for the persons direct phone she transfers me to and she said no I’ll transfer you to her voicemail, as if knowing nobody would take my call.
They call themselves a 'full service law firm'. I had 3 serious, medical, complex but lucrative cases. I was told 'we don't handle those types of cases'. What, personal inujry? Complex? I've asked for details. I never got to speak with an attorney. Unprofessional from the start.
I could never recommend this firm and would not use them again.
I have called them and they never have attorneys accepting clients so I give up with Pearson Butler
