Yesterday, I took my son for a consultation, but our experience with the Primary Care Manager (PCM) was far from satisfactory. Called to see if I could have my son go here and when I told them what his insurance was they were rude and snyde saying "we don't accept that lower class insurence" completely uncalled for and unprofessional.
