Had an amazing experience at Dr Heiss’ office! This started from before even stepping foot in the office, with the patient coordinator Tammy whom kindly reached out to me a few days before my appointment to confirm my information & insurance. Tammy took the extra step to assure me that Dr Heiss was in-network and that I should have zero extra charges. Dr. Heiss is amazing! From the moment you step into his office, you can clearly tell that Dr. Heiss genuinely cares about his patients and wants the absolute best for them.
