A professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable office. Dr.Heiss answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns. After hearing that I was experiencing discomfort, Terry actually called me back after I scheduled my appointment (in 4 days) and got me in today. Thankfully she did!!! She saved me from the unimaginable, as I was currently dealing with a raging infection! Thanking Dr. Heiss and his team for coming to my rescue.
Such a great experience from start to finish. Great office and extremely friendly staff. My teeth have never felt cleaner. The staff and Dr. Heiss are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
Dr. Heiss is the best in town ! His team is the funniest , most genuine and caring group of providers I’ve ever met ! I felt like I got a whole new set of teeth when I left and it was just a cleaning lol. 😂 this is the spot . Goodie bag and all 🦷🪥
I just switched over to this new dental office, and the staff here are truly wonderful. The woman at the front desk Tammy was extremely sweet and was very informative of any questions I had. Once they took me in the room, Dr. Heiss was extremely friendly and made me feel very welcomed. He was very thorough in explaining my x-rays and current status of my teeth.
