I love it
We have been taking our 3 dogs to them for atleast 10 years now and we never had any problems. We live in Germantown and although it's a 25 minute drive to get there, they are so worth the trip. One of our dogs was a rescue and Coco and as a result has alot of issues. Pearl makes sure that it's the same groom that takes care of her and most importantly takes her time with her. I highly recommend them!

I will never take my dog there either. They choked him until his eye was bleeding. Told me to pickup at 2:00, then said he wasn't ready, then at closing time said he still wasn't ready, then told me to try again at 7PM. I knew something was up when the girl kept putting me off on the phone. They were waiting on it to clear up some before I saw it. I went in at 5 anyway and took him...his grooming was complete just as I figured. I left there and took him to an emergency vet and was told he had been choked so hard that it bust... read more
THANK YOU, Pearly Pets, for caring enough to groom matted dogs that come into the Olive Branch Animal Shelter at no charge!!! They also were able to groom my senior cat without sedative, which my other groomer couldn't do.
I would never take my dog there again. They choked my dog and held him to tight and burst a blood vessel in his eye. They will not admit it. They lied like the shampoo burst the vessel in his eye. This is totally a lie. The vet said it was from them choking and holding him to tight while grooming. Samantha was the groomer and she had such a nasty attitude and so does the owner. Please do not take your fur babies there.
