Yet again another appalling experience!! Why did I go back after an original horrific experience where Daniel (the guy) that works there yelled at me. Because it’s convenient and the only nail salon in Avalon. I popped in this morning at 10.20am and asked for BIAB. A lovely lady that works there said yes no problem, please take a seat. Not bad but not great either.
Unfortunately I just had the most awful and violent experience within this nail salon. I have made a report with the police station. During the shellac, I said to them that there was too large a gap between the paint and my nail on both thumbs (The rest were fine) She said, that that’s just the shape of my nail! They continued to paint leaving the gap. I asked could they please re do the thumbs. The male therapist came over and started yelling that they will not redo and that I need to pay and leave. I had a gift voucher given to me a year ago which was 1 month out of date! As i asked to make an appointment as I have never been to Pearly before, the staff in there started speaking loudly to each other in another language that i could not understand! They rudely said they can't validate the voucher (value of $80) ! I did mention that gift vouchers cannot expire for 3 years from date of purchase. Pearly nails is %100 the place to go! The salon is spotless and filled with high quality staff who are always putting the customers first. I often take my daughter who adores it as well and leaves obsessing over her pink polished nails! I really recommend.
