Tried many places and no one can do a French gel as well as they do! Some of the girls and worst of all Daniel, are so rude but not going let it bother me because they are convenient and really do a good job.…other negative is the place is always packed and the smell of nail polish can be quite overpowering!

Worst nails I’ve ever gotten, ask politely for them to fix it and was told it was my nails (clumpy lumps) Ask politely for them to remove it and was not given a refund or redo, Ask for my money back and was yelled at by multiple staff while just standing there by myself calmly, politely asked to speak to the owner / manger and was laughed at and told I may not speak to him, When I did get in contact with him, I was told they would have fixed them if I asked (which i did and they did not) , was left with bloody cuticles, Broc... read more

overall the nails turned out fine however some were wonky and shorter than the others. I had to ask multiple times to fix them and he didnt.

Yet again another appalling experience!! Why did I go back after an original horrific experience where Daniel (the guy) that works there yelled at me. Because it’s convenient and the only nail salon in Avalon. I popped in this morning at 10.20am and asked for BIAB. A lovely lady that works there said yes no problem, please take a seat.
