I am so upset!!!! I got acrylic French tips, while they were applying the nails i repetitively had to tell them that the nail was falling off and wasnt glued properly. They filed the nails down so low that there no point even getting them. They looked horrible, shaped weirdly too!! The day after 4 of them fell off!!! Terrible. I paid $45 to have gel removed and normal polish applied yesterday at 2.30pm. I woke up this morning to the coating cracked on every finger. Very unimpressed.

Thought I'd just pop into Pearly to my Shellac removed. Stupidly I just let the lady dictate the appointment and she used the drill - once to remove the top layer, then she applied some "2 min" nail varnish remover, but then she used the drill again. End result - my nails are scratched and in some areas actually paper thin where she did not only remove the varnish, but some of the nail as well. Absolutely love getting my nails done here. Always a lovely experience and they always seem to deliver what I have envisioned. Very talented. Best on the beaches I say.
