Thought I'd just pop into Pearly to my Shellac removed. Stupidly I just let the lady dictate the appointment and she used the drill - once to remove the top layer, then she applied some "2 min" nail varnish remover, but then she used the drill again. End result - my nails are scratched and in some areas actually paper thin where she did not only remove the varnish, but some of the nail as well. Absolutely love getting my nails done here. Always a lovely experience and they always seem to deliver what I have envisioned. Very talented. Best on the beaches I say.
Rude and unprofessional - very low quality too.
I have had two great experiences here. Fast and efficient. No idle chit chat. Just perfect for me. They also have fantastic new chairs. First visit a female did my nails and this time the male. Both were excellent.
I’ve been 3 different times , also being done my nails by different artists/workers and I had a really good experience, quick, efficient and leave happy. I really hope stay this way
