Office staff is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. My elderly mother is a patient and my daughter took off work to drive her due to it being over an hour away only to be told her appointment was the next week. I called to find out what happened and was told that someone called the week prior, gave exact date and time of call and stated that my parents would be out of town and would need to reschedule. I have been a patient of Dr. Pearlstein 's for many years. He has always listened and discussed with me every problem I have presented to him. He keeps his notes clear enough so that if my next appointment is in two weeks or six months he can quickly review and know what my primary problem is.From the front desk, nurses, and check out I have never had a bad experience.

Saw Dr Pearlstein today for an initial visit after experiencing a seizure. Subsequent MRAs and CTAs uncovered an apparent history of a minor stroke and several small aneurysms. I found him personable and patient, answering all my questions in an unrushed manner. As an elderly woman, I’ve felt a little rudderless and Dr Pearlstein eased my fears. I’d recommend him without question.
I liked Dr Pearlstein, but that they charge a ridiculous administration fee and then I'm told by the front office that she doesn't have the means to email me something. Wow, who cant send an email these days?
I like Dr. Pearlstein,but his nurse is very slack and does not do her job!!!!
Worst experience I have ever had with a neurologist office.
After waiting at least 6 weeks in misery, I finally got an appointment. Dr. Pearlstein was very nice. He ordered an MRI and said I will call you back as soon as I get the result back. Well, it's been almost a month, I am even more miserable and still have no feedback on what my MRI results are. I can't believe I had to be pay an extra $35 fee for this lack of communication.
His Front desk appointment staff is the worse! I think He only has one person named Jenny. She is terrible about NOT returning phone calls. It took we over 6 weeks to get my initial appoint. I was was referred there for a white matter brain disease/possible brain tumor. When I Finally did arrive for my appointment I was told I would have to return after I had a Neg Covid test because I said one of my symptoms was shortness of breath and loss of appetite.
