If I could have given a -10 review I would have. This company was assigned to me to provide an aide to assist me with daily tasks as I’m disabled and living alone. First, the lady running the company is from Africa , which I have no problem with, except she was hard to understand when I spoke with her. I was assigned an aide, who was not only from Africa but spoke little English and is related to the woman who assessed me!!! One of my top needs was to have someone who could run errands for me and also cook and prep meals. My... read more
