Borderline CriminalSeptember 21, 2009As a member of the military i dont often have the luxury of knowing a good auto body shop. USAA said it was an approved shop so i thought id give them a go. They took two weeks to do what they projected as a 48 hour job. Their estimate rose 4x original price and they only lowered the price once i threatened to take the car back. Horrible experience. They performed a simple printing job for my friend���s wedding invitations. At least ten of the invitations were bent in two places. Many of the invitations weren���t cut straight and the paper wasn���t even completely cut off the sides. When we asked about getting a refund they were extremely rude and obnoxious. Then they finally agreed to a refund and after two weeks of no response we called them to find out what is going on. Now they claim the paper was done perfectly and we can���t get a refund.
