Waited an entire month for a viewing at the Wallace. When the day finally came, the lady canceled our appointment last minute and with no explanation. When I asked her to reschedule, she wasn't even aware of what property I wanted a viewing for, then proceeds to tell me there is no availability at the Wallace anymore. Wasted my time on several occasions. No communication skills.
I’ve called many times about the leaking roof. At this point I can’t even keep anything plugged in near it. Anything that’s been wrong with the apartment, meaning, broken pipes, lightbulbs that don’t work or the floor leaking. I’ve always mentioned the leaking roof, but it’s never been fixed. I been with pearl apartments for almost 3 years I love the apartments. Always fast to fix issues and helpful with any Questions I ask. I have met Pearl a few times she is so sweet. Office staff is always helpful Sarahí, Robert. The maintenance workers are always very professional and helpful with questions. Fast at their job too . I highly recommend these apartments.
