I am here from out of town for my 50th high school class reunion. The screw in my Maui Jim prescription sunglasses came loose and I wear the glasses most of the time. A little panicked I called Pearl to see if they had the screwdriver for the special Maui Jim screw. When they said they did I brought the glasses in and they immediately tightened the screw for me. They were friendly, accommodating and quick. Thank you! Ps.. they had a nice assortment of frames in the store, including Tiffany.
Service & doctor is good but doctor needs to give report immediately instead of asking Glass assistant to provide the same bcz it should be patient's choice whether they want to make glass from same shop or at other. Glass shop assistance tells that he will email the prescription but never sent unless you follow-up with him again. It looks like he doesn't like if ask him to email the prescription. Doctor needs to look into this and fix this issue
