Sultan was very helpful in resolving the issue we had with our insurance. He was a great service provider with our initial consultation and the adjustments after receiving the glasses. He is very knowledgeable in his field and goes above and beyond for his client's. I would highly recommend going to him if you are in need of some quality glasses and service.

Dr. Kugel the Optometrist was great. She was kind and super-helpful with identifying changes to my prescription, as well as with advising me on the status of my cataracts, retina health, etc. Sultan the Store Manager was professional, kind, competent, and also super-helpful in selecting frames and lenses (in my case, replacement progressive sunglasses and 2nd pair of progressive eyeglasses). My husband and I have had all positive experiences at Pearle Vision in Buffalo Grove. The people there, especially Sultan, are professional and take the time to listen. I also enjoy the calmness of the beautiful fish in their fish tank while waiting ( although I sometimes stay a little longer to watch them). I would ( and I have) recommend this Pearle Vision.
Had a fantastic experience at the Buffalo Grove Pearl Vision. I first called the Wheeling but they didn't have great availability. Buffalo set an appointment very quickly! Dr. Kugel was very knowledgeable. Elena set my appointment and I received probably the best customer experience from Sultan. He was helping me from start to finish.
