I went in looking for a pair of glasses. The lady that was working the morning of July 13 could not have been more unfriendly. She did t ask if I needed help , suggestions. Nothing, Then a couple of others came in and she was civil? Made me realize that she was capable of being nice but chose not to be. I walked out. What a horrible experience. I was working out of town. Someone had thrown out my contacts. Only had the week left and driving in that dawn and dusk was so bad. Thank you to the lovely young lady that took my prescription and got me a couple packs that helped me through the week and on my drive home. God Bless.
I haven't had my eyes examined in many years, and my first visit here was both welcoming and efficient. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making every effort to support me through the process of getting new glasses and undergoing the eye exam. Thank you!
