I had eye exam one year ago. The optometrist prescribed glasses. I paid over $200 for the lenses. When I returned for my annual check up yesterday, I still complained that the glasses had not made much difference. The optometrist then gave me a thorough eye examination. I've had a relationship with this Pearle Vision for about 20 yrs. I never really had a problem and when I did it it was handled with professionalism. I always see a guy named Sam and he takes good care of me. I just got a pair of glasses today and I love them!

Tried to make me pay for services and contacts that were covered under my insurance plan. Decent service but could have their ethics adjusted of trying to get people to pay for things that should be covered at no charge
Would of gave them 1/2 star but wasn't an option. The only reason a half star bacause the lady manager on staff actually knows how to take care a situation and fixed my problem that was ongoing for over a month!!! Will never come here again after being a customer for almost 3 years!! Front desk receptionist suck at there job!
