I had the worst experience, the staff was uneducated about glasses they were not helpful at all!
Dr. Bokemper is incredibly thorough each time I visit for my eye exam. Her beside manner is warm and she is very patient. I never feel rushed to make a decision between "1 or 2" until I know which one feels better for me. I have a health condition that warrants extra attention to the eyes and she is always takes my concerns seriously. Additionally, despite years of complaints with double vision, I had never been evaluated for Convergence Insufficiency until I saw Dr. Bokemper. I had a metal flake in my eye. They promptly saw me when I arrived 15 minutes early. Laura removed the peice with no damage in under 5 minutes.
