Dr.B was phenomenal and I give her 5 Stars. Front staff were great the first day and helped me pick out a great frame. But now that I have called and tried to order contacts and talk about insurance I keep getting told “let me look into it, I will call back tomorrow” not only has this happened once but twice and we are on day 2 of waiting just like the first time I called.
