Every time I come in I'm treated extremely well. They answer all my questions, fix anything or make adjustments as needed, and lay out every option and its costs honestly. Best place I've ever been for eyecare.
I had reservations about having my eye exam done (as i have had other exam places that just push you through with hardly a word) but I was met with friendly experienced (Laura) assistant manager. The optometrist (Laura Bokemper) was so nice and very helpful and informative about my exam. She was concerned about my eye orbit bruising after an auto accident i had 3 days earlier and took extra time to make sure there was no fractures that would interfere with my sight. I had a great experience at Pearl Vision! Both the gentleman and the lady who helped me were very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit enjoyable. The young lady who did my eye exam was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. She was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service from the entire team. I would highly recommend Pearl Vision to anyone looking for quality eye care and a friendly atmosphere!
Excellent service. The doctor was thorough and quick. The front desk staff was knowledgeable and helpful in helping me to pick out glasses and pricing everything I needed.
