My wife and I have been coming here for maybe 3 years. We've gotten glasses from here before. Unfortunately their refund policy is terrible. I placed an order for safety glasses, paid ~$50 for them to replace/fix it in case it gets damaged. The next day I get a call from pearle vision saying the safety glasses I ordered are discontinued. So they wanted me to choose another pair. I wasn't happy with their selection so I asked if I could get a refund instead. Great service!! Good prices too. Eye examination was thorough, comfortable, and ultimately very helpful. Also, thanks to Maram for her help!
Update: I've been fighting to get my insurance reinstated to me, but they processed the order and said they can't because it is a custom order. They had processed the order when I told them not to and they had said it was fine to cancel, they just couldn't do a refund. So which is it? You can cancel an order and give credit for a different order in the future, or you can't? Because you keep giving contradictory information. Went in, people were nice and all. Contemptible sales practices...Tried to charge $1300.00 for contact lenses...Purchased the same lenses from another Pearle Vision store for less than $500.00. When I confronted them and asked to cancel the order I was told it was too late..They were ordered already..... Capital one had to get involved..
