Friendly service. Dr. Todd was very personable and friendly. She explained things so I could understand and actually made it a fun experience.
Loved the doc - however, from a phone call I received last week I determined they forgot to process my order and did not send it in until at least a week later. Unfortunately they will not be ready before we begin traveling for part of the summer. By the way, the girl who answered my the phone said she would check with the supervisor to see what could be done and get back to me - didn't happen.
I have been a customer of Pearle Vision for quite some years now specifically the now-closed Ford City location. I decided to give this location to try because it was the next closest to me. The doctor is very courteous and professional, but the young caucasian girl that services the front desk has a thing or two to learn about customer service.
