Could not order color contacts after service for NO REASON ! Crappy office service !here is no difference in script for color contacts then regular contact but refused to fill anything except the kind Dr recommended me to try even though at appointment I said I wear colored contacts �
Love that my trial pair and year supply of contacts arrived within only 3 days & shipped to my house!!! Wow! Awesome customer service and speedy too. Total time there (wait, eye exam, and check out) took less than an hour.
Well, Yesterday has appointments with the doctor at pearle in crest hill Illinois. The doctor was cool, my eye sight didn't change much, from the last visit 6 years ago. But, I thought glasses these kinda high.. My total bill... was 986.00. 2 pairs of glasses and eyes exam. But my last visit was 750.00 6 years ago. Completely ridiculous. Bought a pair of Oakley's for $650 less than a year ago with a scratch warranty. Well, they are scratched. They want over $200 to repair, NOT replace as i was told. The woman i talked to on the phone gaurenteed me that i would walk out of the store with my current(scratched) pair so i could use them at work... Of course there is a completely different policy when i get to the store. Now they want to keep my pair and send them in and i wont get them back for several weeks.
