***CONSUMER BEWARE*** Pearl Vision will ask for your medical insurance information when you come to your visit…DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM. I came for an annual checkup and paid my vision copay. The doctor gave me medicine that I had an allergic reaction to. He said to stop back in to check on the reaction, which I did (about 15 minute visit). And Pearl Vision then turned around and billed my medical insurance which they are billing me a whole separate deductible for. I asked them to reconsider the charges and they refused.
