A calamity of errors. I visited the store to order 2 pairs of reading glasses and a pair of regular sunglasses. 1. the receipt/email had my first AND last name misspelled when reviewing email receipt. I called and spoke with person that 'corrected' my name on receipt and said new email would be sent...email never received as the person had now updated my email with incorrect name (it was fine before). 2. had to go into store to clarfiy/correct ALL contact and name issues. The associate who served me, Lynne, was very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. The entire time I spent in the store was sheer delight!
I've been going to Pickering Town Centre Pearl Vision for years. The customer service is fantastic, they are friendly and knowledgeable. The staff are all great, I've dealt mostly with Beverly and she provides great support and knowledge especially with switching to transitionals. She completely understands the customers needs and explains things thoroughly. Definitely recommend!
So happy with my new bifocals! I cannot comment on any eye exam as I did not have one here but I am extremely happy with my glasses. I was so worried about the measurements for the bifocals as this has presented a problem in the past from a different optical company but the staff was excellent and knew exactly what they were doing. Thank-you to everyone at Pearle Vision Pickering Town Center for the good experience!
