I am a future patient after today. Joe, the assistant manager, was so incredibly kind and helped me with getting my friends broken glasses fixed. Considering I am not a patient and he had no reason to help me, I really appreciated him doing that out of the goodness of his heart. If he cares this much about non-patients, I can only imagine the high standard of care that he upholds with patients. Thank you Joe for everything!

I visited your branch today to pick up Meta glasses and Ray-Ban sunglasses. Unfortunately, the representative named Love provided very poor service.Unfriendly Attitude: Love was cold, completely transactional, and did not smile.
