I visited your branch today to pick up Meta glasses and Ray-Ban sunglasses. Unfortunately, the representative named Love provided very poor service.Unfriendly Attitude: Love was cold, completely transactional, and did not smile. She made us feel unwelcome and rushed.Incorrect Warranty Info: When asked about a standard store or manufacturer warranty for the Meta glasses, she insisted we had to buy an extended warranty from the store and claimed Ray-Ban offered no coverage.
