Love this store!! So many frames to pick from and all the designers we know and love. Dr. Kepner did a very thorough eye exam on me and explained some things I didn’t know about eyes!! She is very patient, knowledgeable and has a very engaging personality. Rick was very patient with me, as I took a long time picking a frame. Military members/families beware! This place claimed they take tricare coverage but in fact they are out of network. They also charge you additional services you're not asking for. My wife went there to get eye exam, prior to visit, the website stated they take all family members of active duty and cover the costs, only later when the bill came in she has to pay for the entire eye exam plus a PV refraction service she didn't even ask for.
